I am writing to you with an urgent update regarding my order MP151302 (Invoice No. F-20260411-62412).
I just checked the tracking and it says "Shipment in transit back to the shipper". It appears that Chronopost is returning the package to you due to a logistics error.
I have already contacted DPD Slovenia (the local partner for Chronopost), and they informed me that this parcel was never assigned a local DPD tracking number. This confirms that the shipment reached Slovenia but was immediately turned back without even being processed for local delivery.
Please contact Chronopost France on your end immediately to:
Try and stop the return process if possible.
Investigate why the package was rejected by the system in Slovenia.
Prepare for a re-shipment as soon as the package arrives back at your warehouse.
I still wish to receive these items as soon as possible. Thank you for your swift assistance in resolving this matter with the carrier.
